Prices include heating, gas and electricity but not telephone. A 25% cancellation
deposit is required to confirm a reservation. In addition, the full payment (100% of
above rates) is due 6 weeks before arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation takes place less than 6 weeks from the
lease date. Telephone charges (charged at normal rate) and damages, if any, will be
deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned within 6 weeks.
Linen and maid service available (on request).
